Merchant Banking Details (for payouts)

2) Purpose & Services

Alladeen Eats provides an online platform and mobile app ("Alladeen Eats App") for customers to order food, groceries, or other products from Merchants. Alladeen facilitates marketing, ordering, payments, and—where selected—delivery through Alladeen Delivery.

Services Provided

  • Listing of Merchant products on the Alladeen Eats App.
  • Marketing, promotions, and customer support.
  • Payment collection from customers on behalf of the Merchant.
  • Delivery services, if the Merchant selects Alladeen Delivery.

3) Fees

Fees are deducted before payout to the Merchant.

4) Payments

Alladeen collects payments from customers and pays the Merchant the balance (after fees) weekly into the bank account provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is responsible for ensuring banking details are accurate.

5) Merchant Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate menu, pricing, and allergen/nutritional information.
  • Prepare and package items safely and on time.
  • Comply with all South African food safety, health, and consumer protection laws.
  • Keep login details for the Merchant dashboard confidential.

6) Liability

  • Each party is responsible for its own obligations under this Agreement.
  • Alladeen is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or safety—this remains the Merchant’s responsibility.
  • Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7) Term & Termination

  • This Agreement starts on the date the Merchant accepts and continues until terminated.
  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Alladeen may suspend or terminate immediately if the Merchant breaches the Agreement, violates food safety standards, or harms Alladeen’s reputation.

8) Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will first be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the courts of South Africa.

9) Notices

All notices must be sent in writing to the addresses provided in this Agreement or by email as registered in the Merchant dashboard.

10) Acceptance & E‑Signature
