  • Refund Policy

    Familiarize yourself with our Refund Policy to know the procedures for refunds in case of cancellations or issues.

      Thank you for choosing Alladeen Ride and Alladeen Drive. We strive to provide

      excellent service, but we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy

      outlines our approach to refunds.

      1. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

      Double Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same ride.

      Service Issues: If the service did not meet reasonable expectations (e.g.

      driver cancellation, excessively long wait times).

      2. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our customer

      service team at support@alladeen.co.za. Provide your booking details and a

      description of the issue.

      3. Refund Processing Time Refund requests will be reviewed and processed

      within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original

      payment method.

      4. Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees, such as cancellation fees or promotional

      discounts, may not be eligible for a refund.

      5. Changes to this Refund Policy We may update this Refund Policy from time

      to time. Any changes will be effective when we post the revised policy in the

      Apps.
