  Welcome to Alladeen Ride and Alladeen Drive (collectively referred to as "the Apps"). The
  
  Apps are operated by Alladeen Concept Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using
  
  our Apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not
  
  agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps
  
  1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Apps, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of
  
  Use. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Apps
  
  after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
  
  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a
  
  binding agreement to use our Apps. By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that you
  
  meet these requirements.
  
  3. Account Registration To use certain features of the Apps, you may be required to create
  
  an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the
  
  registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and
  
  complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login

  5. Services Offered Alladeen Ride and Alladeen Drive allow users to request and offer rides
  
  through the Apps. We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between riders
  
  6. Fees and Payment By using our Apps, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the services
  
  you use. Fees may vary based on various factors, including location and demand. Payment
  
  will be processed through the payment method you provide.
